Weekend project: I’m finally digging into Pi. Trying to see how much of a difference it makes to have an agent harness that works the way I want it to.
Also experimenting with local models since I have a fancy gaming PC now with a chonky GPU that sits around unused most of the time.
I’m not going to get frontier performance with this setup. But wondering how close to “good enough” I can get in a system that gives me full privacy/full control over how things work.
