Reminder for all the technical writers and documentarians out there… your job has two components:
- Doing the work you do.
- Communicating about the work you do to other teams, leadership, the broader industry, etc.
Don’t neglect the communication! Your org needs to understand your work, the value you bring, and how it fits into the broader organization’s objectives.
